RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Returns

Due to the industrial nature of our products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items supplied

  • Transit damage (reported at delivery time)

Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or installed products

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or storage

  • Custom-made or bulk orders

  • Orders returned without original packaging

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated only after inspection and approval.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Exchanges

Where applicable, defective or incorrect products may be replaced instead of refunded, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Advance payments for custom or bulk orders are non-refundable.
